According to reports, Vince McMahon will give up his stock in WWE once he retires

In the wake of his retirement, WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon has sold some of his company’s stock.
The previous CEO of the company tendered his resignation from the promotion on the previous Friday. On Twitter, he broke the news of his retirement, and subsequently, in an official statement, he explained his decision. The 76-year-old wrestler declared that it was finally his time to hang up his boots and thanked the WWE Universe for their support. At this time, an investigation is being conducted into allegations that Vince paid “hush money” to a number of its former female workers.
McMahon reportedly sold 38,519 shares of WWE stock at a price of $0.01 per share, as stated in a recent SEC Filing that was published on the official corporate website of the promotion. In the filing, it is stated that the stock that was disposed of “consists of a portion of unvested stock units previously reported in Table I which were forfeited by Mr. McMahon in connection with his retirement from the Company effective July 22, 2022.”
There are still 69,157 shares of WWE stock that are owned by Vince. However, this number does not include the 100 shares of Class A Common Stock that are owned personally by Mr. McMahon’s wife, Linda McMahon.
After Vince McMahon’s retirement, the WWE Superstars receive a message from the Chairman.
The wrestling industry as a whole, as well as the talent employed by WWE, was taken aback when McMahon revealed his intention to retire. During the course of the incident, he participated in a few different television programmes and gave the impression that he wasn’t going anywhere.
Vince McMahon communicated with the WWE Superstars via an internal communication shortly after it was made public that he would be leaving the company. He let them know that despite the fact that he would no longer be backstage, he would still be watching.
“You are the only natural resource that WWE has, and you have been picked to perform in front of an audience from all around the world. You are all WWE Global Ambassadors. Always remember to bring the WWE flag with you. Raise it up and display it with pride. And put in the work to become the best person you can be as well as the best performer you can be. One more thing: I won’t be there with you, but you can count on my presence anyway. Keep in mind that you need to keep your hands up, get a hold of something, and sell.” (Special thanks to Wrestling Inc.)

Andrade recently married Ric’s daughter Charlotte, a multiple-time WWE champion, in AEW. Flair escorted Andrade to the ring at a AAA event in May. Andrade is currently sidelined due to an ankle injury. In terms of who his opponents are, Lethal has aided Flair in his comeback. Lethal, a champion in both Ring of Honor and Impact Wrestling, was known for impersonating “The Nature Boy” while in Impact.
Jarrett and Flair have a long history dating back to the World Wrestling Federation. Flair and Jarrett competed for the WCW World Heavyweight Title several times. They also collaborated before the end of WCW. Jarrett and Flair, like Lethal, collided while competing in Impact Wrestling. Jarrett will have a busy weekend because he will also be the special guest referee for The Usos’ tag team title match against The Street Profits on July 30 at SummerSlam.
This will be Flair’s first official match since being placed in a medically induced coma in 2017. Complications from bowel surgery caused the coma.
Ric Flair’s age
Ric Flair is 73 years old. Flair, who was born in 1949, has been a professional wrestler for over 40 years.
Why is Ric Flair known as “The Nature Boy”?

Flair was forced to change his moveset upon his return to action. He abandoned his power brawler-like style and focused on grappling, earning the moniker “The Nature Boy.” In 1978, when he was feuding with the original “Nature Boy,” Buddy Rogers, Flair referred to himself as “The Nature Boy.” The torch was passed to Flair after he defeated Rogers.
The gimmick’s main theme was “flashiness, cockiness, and bombastic behaviour.”
